When do I clean smoke detectors?
Best to clean them every six months and you should spray around the entire circumference using a can of compressed air.

How do I know if my alarm is calling the 24 hour central station?
First notify your central station that you are beginning a test. Turn the alarm "On" and open the door. Wait until you hear the alarm siren and/or the key pad is beeping rapidly. Turn the alarm off by inputting your code once and wait until our central station calls. Please be sure you know your passcode/password before beginning this process.
